About Blurry
Nowadays everything is getting digitised, but physical spaces are lagging behind in this trend. Our technology is changing that.
We're building a workspace for reality capture professionals to digitise physical spaces. We help people view, host, analyse and share reality capture assets, like 3D Gaussian splats.
Our vision is to create a world where every physical space has a living digital replica, accessible to anyone, anywhere.
We are a small founding team of two Imperial College graduates, with extensive computer science backgrounds and industry experience from companies like Stripe, Lyft Level 5, AWS, G-Research. We're currently based in London and looking to build a strong foundational team here, starting with our first hire, the Chief of Staff.
The Role
Chief of Staff (CoS) is a strategic leadership and executive role that supports the founders and acts as their right-hand partner. This role is for someone who's keen to join very early as a third founding member, take ownership quickly and help shape the future of the company.
At Blurry, this means working directly with the founders on the most important problems, turning ambiguous priorities into clear plans, and driving them through to execution.
You will not sit in one narrow function, but rather move between strategy, operations, product, users, partnerships and go-to-market depending on what matters most.
A core part of the role will be owning high impact strategic projects. These are founder level initiatives that sit across functions and need someone who can think clearly and act with urgency and focus.
